Manglisi is a preferred summer holidays spot for Tbilissians in Georgia. Many families spend their entire summer in this mountainous village. I was visiting friends late August of 2016 and surely had my portable easel with me. I didn't have to search long for the inspiration. Right behind my friend's house is a beautiful pine forest. I placed my easel at the edge of that forest and for a few hours was lost to the rest of the world.
