A 1951 city police chief's Buick is a symbolic model used for the notion of law & order (voted for in Nov-2016). Before a promised age of government transparency, American social honor (or dishonor) was often assumed - - then came the digital age of wiki-leaks. Honor (or dishonor) now returns to “assumption” as any transparency management is eagerly assumed by the media.
