The original print is enhanced with a unique 3D technique. Done in a similar manner to Paper Tole but using alternate materials and with a solid layer of 3D vs many layers. The edges are hand painted to blend seamlessly with the original print. The piece is Framed, Matted and installed with Glass. The outside dimension is 18" x 18" x 2.75"
