More in the same series of Vampire World Monsters,the tubules about its body are part of its feeding mechanism.A pure vampire,the tubes deploy and attack their victims sucking there life away.If their victims survive the tubes grow on their host body and they become vampiric creatures, existing in a sybiotic relationship with the tubule infection sucking blood to stay alive.Yes I know he looks like he's yawning!
