Digital photograph taken within 30 miles of home, on our little day trip we took yesterday. It was very stormy and the sun broke through the clouds for just long enough to grab this shot. The mighty Columbia River is in the distance. As you can see...the part of Washington state where I currently reside is high desert...not what most folks think of when they think of "rainy" Washington!
