Wonderful Ron - am at this very moment sat on a physical beach with my feet on a physical rock - visiting my internal beach doing your SOS meditation - how great that is! I am remembering so well my own Kundalini which happened a full10 years ago while doing an SOS meditation at 4am in the morning - all because I couldn't sleep! XM
