Really nice images. Did you shoot the Heron with a long or short lens? I do some wildlife and flora myself, just have not posted any work yet. Keep the images coming.

I took the photo with my Panasonic Lumix FZ-40--it's a "bridge" camera between a point and shoot and a DSLR ..and oddly enough, I had it zoomed in to about 20x. The camera has great image stablizer
