The Lord makes all things new (Rev 21:5). Eight is the biblical number for new beginning, new creation, or new birth. From the moment you came to God through faith, He began creating a new you. He began by bringing new life to your spirit and He will continue throughout your life to bring new life to your soul. When you look upon this illustration, no matter how you may be feeling, no matter what is happening in your life, remember this - Every day you are being lovingly recreated by God.
