This is a painting of sunset at the very top of Table Mountain in Cape Town, South Africa. This is the view after one takes the cable car to the peak. The wonderful stone manor house and restaurant provide a stark contrast to the huge rugged rocks. For anyone who has stood at this peak, this painting will bring back many wonderful memories. This acrylic painting measures approximately 60cm by 42cm (23 1/2" by 16 1/2". The original painting is gallery wrapped, but it can be easily removed from its stretchers and rolled in a heavy cardboard tube for safe and economical shipment.
