Artist Reply: Thanks for your comment, Sigga. The snow was left by a fierce 50MPH blizzard which didn't allow the snow to stick in the trees.

Interesting to see them without snow amidst all that snow on the ground - I am always fascinated by snow since I have so little experience of it.
