Afternoon Snooze

While spending the day at Taronga zoo taking some reference photos I came across this young koala taking his afternoon nap. For the original drawing I incorporated my own background to indicate his natural environment. With coloured pencil I used some pastel, a bit of watercolour and some gouache but coloured pencil is the main medium.
