Who says CJ doesn't have a sense of humor? I think I've proven that again and again over the years. The title refers to a humorous joke or reference that is repeated multiple times in a work of literature or other form of storytelling. Made of my custom compound with the addition of a 'found object.' To tell you the story, I wanted something different to finish the piece and I found myself stymied. By pure coincidence, I was cleaning out some old boxes and found the glasses still new in plastic. I placed them on the figure and liked the effect very much. The piece is 17 inches tall and roughly 4.5 inches wide and the same deep. How these glasses were meant to fit even a child is beyond me. So there you have it from Original Jones Art's rather verbose pen here in northwest Austin, Texas.
