Jasmine's fairy

For Mother's Day my daughter bought me a pocketbook with a keychain that had my name engraved it. Of course the first time I used it, I ended up spilling some coffee on it.

I decided to paint something over the stain. I chose a little fairy by my favorite fairy artist Jasmine Becket-Griffith http://www.strangeling.com

This is a copy of Jasmine Becket-Griffith's original painting (used with the permission from the artist)....I just changed the colors a bit to match the pink on my bag.

I like the way it came out and wanted to share it with you!

Renata: great way to explore the many uses of coffee stains. You sure did a fine job. i could use you in future for my many mishaps drinking espresso.!
