Not bad at all. Keep at it. And to the previous comment about the bigness and smallness of everything... erm... have you ever even SEEN anime before?

Good subject idea but; her head is too small, hair too big, eyes too big, shirt contains sharp corners rather than soft rounded folds. Also seems to be missing higher quality shadow/highlight differentials.
