Cardinal in the Woods 3

My little feathered friend seemed very friendly to me. He was hoping all around me, and he kept getting closer. Cardinals don't usually do that. They see you and they are gone. So this little guy was indeed unusual. Look for more of the story tomorrow. Photo by Sharon Lee, copyright 2009

There so tough for me to get a picture of a cardinal. You did a great job!

Artist Reply: Hi Craig, I know what you mean, they don't hang around and pose like Robins do! Thanks so much for visiting me.

OUTSTANDING CAPTURE, SHARON. WE USED TO HAVE ONE WHO PECKED AT THE DOOR GLASS FOR HOURS. THINK THAT HE MUST HAVE SEEN HIS REFLECTION AND THOUGHT HE HAD A FRIEND.

Artist Reply: That must have been strange to have him always pecking at the glass. Sounds like he wanted to come in for dinner!! Thanks Sharon

Beautiful capture!

Artist Reply: Hi Warren, thanks so much, it was exceptionally beautiful day, with the sun shining through the trees. He was so bright in the green background.
Artist Reply: Thanks so very much Warren
