Bird of Paradise

Acrylic on canvas, size: 24 x 24. The pod had many colors in it, purples, blues, greens, yellows.... it gave it depth. A prof. at Arizona State Univ. told me that this painting was botanically correct. I'm sorry this is not the best photo, I sold it before I could have it professionally photographed. SOLD

Artist Reply: Thank you, Annette. I sold it before I could get a professional scan of it, so the picture here doesn't do it justice. The pod was much more intense and not grainy.
