Artist Reply: This is at the Raj Bhawan in an Indian hill station called Nainital.
Was made by the British to house the generals and etc.
Now only the governor is allowed to stay(or come) inside but due to a couple of friends we got to see the inside too!
I'll probably post a few of those pics as well.
