The Dempster Manufacturing Company of Nebraska began producing the No. 12 Annu-Oiled Windmill in 1925, according to the interesting history found online. Found on Highway 34 in Kaufman County, Texas.

After a while the bell that held the gear oil would let go and you would have to manually smear axle grease on the gears and slide for the pump. Great shot!
