I shot this image in Downtown Phillidelphia where there was a Zombie uprising after the passing of PA House Bill #197872Z which states that a Zombie American is not allowed to wed anyone in the state of Pennsylvania because of the "Till Death do us part" clause in marriage vows. The National Association for the Advancement of Zombified Persons (NAAZP) was contacted and now a pending lawsuit in the PA Supreme Court may reverse the decision of the state legislature...
