My first attempt with Acrylics. Unfortunately the paper ripped on the belly of the bird and therefore i was unable to get the smooth feathery look that I wanted which is highly frustrating. It ended up lookin very, very blotchy and so I did adjust the look of the belly in Photoshop to get the result that I was aiming for initially. The branch was rushed a bit due to time constraints but all in all I'm happy with the overall picture. Critiques welcomed.

wonderful work,you said the paper ripped what kind did you use,I sometimes use thick watercolor paper which is pretty tough,any way great job!
