Artist Reply: Yes- I too, remember these types of "rigs" at the local dirt race track.. county fairs.. horse shows & rodeos.. Homecoming on the square, etc. I think of all the things that one would purchase that would be served through a little screened-in window... It was a fun find. I'm sure I will, at some point, try to re-visit that route on a work trip & look for it again.
