This piece had the single most advancement for me in digital painting (primarily the griffin), it s a complete repaint without any of the original image coming through. Time wise there is close to 60+ hours involved, maybe more due to trying a number of new techniques without guidance or tutorials to help me. The significance of this piece is what was learned during its making.
