St. George. The Battle of St. George with the Dragon have always been interpreted as a symbol of the fight between good and evil, between human's and animal's nature. The figure of Knight is bended in enormous suspense stabbing the Dragon with the spear. Dramatic colour collision and graphically expressed motion work together in this painting.
