I had wanted to do a butterfly or moth for quite awhile, so finally got around to it. It was so hard to decide what type of butterfly or moth because there are so many gorgeous ones out there. This one is a Atlas moth, but I think it's a dark phase since its darker than most others I've seen in photos. I liked the colors though :) 9x12 colored pencil on Mi-Tientes paper.
