Hand painted? I really like the treatment of the igloos in the back...sort of like Hanna-Barberra toons!
Artist Reply: thank you for the complement, the picture was drawn by hand using a digital tablet and pen, as it gives the look of a real drawing,the igloo was done by using two layer of colour and scratching the image out of the top layer,a bit like using a rubber,no thats bored you!! ah,thanks again seasons greatings to you
