you are as good a photographer as you are a painter. love your abstracts, we could maybe trade some stuff, that way we could inspire each other. my next show is a group show at Wayne Arthur Gallery, it is a stretcher frame canvas of a polar bear and her cub

I would love to go to these places. You have traveled more than I have.....and your photographs are lovely....hope to get to know you as a person/artist...starving for artistic chat.
Grate shot Sharon I also got to go their and the thing that I remember most was the skull heads carved in the blocks around the arena thank you for the memories;)!!!
One of the many lovely ruins at Chichen Itza. We found it mind-boggling to walk among the immense site that was already in ruins when Columbus landed. It makes you think about the course of all civilizations.
SO GREAT THAT I FEEL LIKE SEEING ALL RESIDENTS HERE ON THEIR DAY - TO - DAY ACTIVITIES. THIS SHOT HAS A LOT OF ACTION EVEN ON IT'S STILLNESS!!!!! I can recreate visions of the Mayan souls flying by! BEAUTIFUL!!!!
excellent image just above them steps is where the alter stood and where human sacrifices were carried out some trains of thought suggest that they ate the victims after they were sacrificed
Does that mean it is a KFC place where they sell chicken? Only kidding. This is a wonderful shot as always and impossing as someone else said. Well done.
Wonderful shot, Sharon, I've been on the Yucatan Peninsula years and years ago and visited the ruins and what's left of the Mayan civilization. Your photo has renewed the great time I had there long time ago. We stayed in Cancun at the time and took bus trips. Have gt. memory of the bus trips going like hell over winding, narrow roads, but it was worth it to see everything. Thanks for restoring my memory with your great photo. Have a great day Sharon; a great shot ! ! ! JDS
