Sharon, this is a lovely shot. The way the sun kind of dapples through sets it off beautifully - not too bright & not too dark. You caught this at a great time.

I love this simple and expressive visual, Sharon, and it does indeed remind one of long ago days. The flowers that are in there are Purple Loosestrife, a 'runaway' wildflower that Wisconsin (and many other places) would like to eliminate. But I think they are lovely!
