Rocky Waters

I've been out of the studio for a while, attending to work and home. This is my first painting in about a year; it's of a beautiful rocky beach just outside of San Diego, California. Original painting by Mike Worthen, 36 x 24 Oil on masonite board.

Gorgeous.....................the colours themselves are so subtle and yet the image is so strong.the rocks and cliffs are terrific and I love the way the lines draw the eye to that patch of turquoise sky............a great painting :o))
