White Tara

White Tara, acrylic and pastel on canvas. for my youngest sister. she requested a "cool buddha to match her room". so I found an statue of Tara, the buddhist goddess of compassion, serenity and healing and surrounded her with a buddha and monk. completed fall 2004. copyright jeff ostrowski.
