Gorgeous work, it really has a sense of movement. It reminds me of the fireworks show “Rhine in Flames” we saw in Germany, all those boats on the water with the spectacular fireworks flashing above! Love it!
As a lifelong sailor and one who is interested in everything 'sailing', this is one of the most beautiful sailing paintings I've ever seen. Wonderful composition and color. I really like your treatment of the water too. Thanks for posting and thanks for the comments on my chess set.
