Woman Praying

This is one of the many statues in the courtyard of Carmel Mission. These would make great Easter Cards!

Beautiful shot. My personal preference would be to clone out the brown lines.

This should of read like this, (without my typo of the previous post)Nice shot, It would look nicer with the rebar holding the pieces together cloned out, but one has to remember what the artist intent was, is it a acurate depliction of a event or a artisic interpretation of it. IF the former you would not necessarily adjust , if the latter than Creative freedom away.. This is a common discussion with nature photographers. Do you show exactly the way the scene was/is or do you adjust or clone away? There is a strong division on this and each must make his /her own decision as to what side of the fence they want to be on. Nice shot either way...

I agree, the brown lines are distracting... great contrast of textures and subtle shade shifts!

Nice image. I like the rough, warm backdrop to the statue. Nice soft colors and tones. I'd clone out the brown lines on the statue.
