I had my Qtip 19 years.And this was the first of several poems I wrote about him and paintings I painted of him. This is an acrylic painting I painted, "Qtip #2" and a poem, "Qtip", I combined to create this inspirational piece. Hope you enjoy!

Oh Sharon, your white Qtip reminds me of my friend many years ago who was a black feline buddy named "Wackett." I used to sing to him to the tune of "Peg O' My Heart." He even fought off an attacker once and saved me. I have always maintained animals are as special in God's eyes as we are, and special angelike friends on Earth. That is a fantastic work of art Sharon and the peom and the sentement are understandable. I had one old cat that adopted me many many years ago and she was with me 100 percent of the time when I was home. Now I have a dog named Baxter and he is the same way.
