This dilapidated boat house in Lake Village, Louisiana. Looks the same today as it did over 30 years ago. I thought it was going to fall down then, but here it is today still standing in the very same shape. ...................
#1 All Galleries Day!
I love this work and the gray back ground and reflections is wonderful. Sorry I did not get to see your work earlier but I was helping someone load a motorcycle on a truck and like a full I stepped backwards and took a good fall and messed up my knee. I have it packed in ice now hoping the swelling goes down. Your work is so good.
Sharon you have an amazing talent your pictures are of the camera's eye your talent is just fantastic what a blessing you have to be able to paint like a camera does.
Gorgeous! My kind of place.... A beautiful work. I love the foilage and the light grey background...and I just love the empty boat house. It reminds of times past and fond memories...A very still place...Nicely done!
It's age and disrepair make for a great focal point Sharon,,,love the atmosphere through the trees, a great sense of abandonment..and yet peacefulness,
