This'hound'painting on wood brings back memories of the southern mountains. At night, in the country, one often hears the sound of hounds on the hunt. It is a wonderful sound. Bashing through the woods behind the hounds is a fine way for a boy to grow into a man. This painting has been sold and is now in a private collection.
