Pewter Pot and Onion Skin

Ah, my favorite little pewter prop. I can make it any size. Onion skins are pretty exciting, too. Oil painting on canvas

Sorry this is an off-topic question(although the comic is very cute!). I reltceny purchased your "Vegan Lunchbox" Cookbook and I LOVE it! I wondered if you had any nutritional information for the recipes. Maybe it's there and I'm just not finding it, but I wondered about that after I made your amazing Carrot and Red Lentil Indian soup last night. Thanks! Kara

I was kinda hoping these were photographs, so i don't feel so bad about my work. but they're not... :) Amazing job!

Artist Reply: Thank you, Aliona. In my opinion, painting still life (not copying the work of others) is the very best teacher for painters. YOU choose the arrangement and lighting and then do your best to paint EXACTLY what is before you. What could be easier???
