This image pulls tears to the eyes of anyone who has experience war or been close to someone who has. The bad part is that it reflects today as well as far back into mans history. Always pain. This is a very emotional picture to me.

Artist Reply: I used to go to Cambodia a lot and see many unusual and tragic things, but this guy, like you said, sort of said it all for me too. But, I must add, since I took this photo, the country has changed drastically for the good. It was almost unrecognizable from my previous visit five years before.
