Spring Colors

This is another one of my loosey abstracted landscapes, inspired by the transparent, shifting colors of tender spring foliage. I love double- and triple-loading my brush with many vividly contrasting colors to give my abstracts excitement, and I tried to place cooler plums and blued tones in the background. If you like this, look for it on ebay, it is a current auction (as of May 6 2008) with 70% of the proceeds going to World Vision. I'm hoping to make many of these abstracts which can possibly sell to help people in Asia right now who are suffering terribly. If you'd like to see my usual work (this account is a pseudonym account for my more experimental work) check out artist "susankennedy" both on artwanted and on ebay. Thanks for looking!! I love to take commissions for abstracts like these of any size, so email me and I'll create a listing for you in the size you want!
