O/C "Leaving Home" Eve Reece Young people leaving home, to get away or just to grow up, has always interested me. This painting came to mind after talking to a woman about her daughter "up and leaving home". Her distraught mother still waits for her return. She has a copy of this hanging in her room. Somehow, it makes her feel better.
