LA is filled with southern styled home cooking, alot of my students have families with soulfood chefs that would blow your mind (and tastebuds!) The featured dish, for example, is collard greens with smoked turkey pieces...mmm* {Painted on pinewood frame, this interior sign was based off of a sketch I had done years ago. The choice was waterbased acrylic paints over latex enamel. "SOUL FOOD" lettering was first cut out of wood then mounted and hand painted.} I like the energy of this piece. HR
