Ship in Mist-Sepia

This one was an exercise in an old Foster how to book, Water and Weather. I did it 35 years ago, and it belongs to one of my grandsons.

Very serene,Lovely Study and very "rowmantic', Almost sensual scenery in the flowing movements, So Smoothly, so perfectly synchronized Seems to be Dancing; Your Art works have such a warm feeling

Artist Reply: Thank you very much, John. I did this one in different shades of blue and grey, also. The Blue and grey was the first time I tried oils, and it is in our living room.

This is beautiful!! I thought I saw this before? Is this a new version?

Artist Reply: Thank you , Betty. You did see a different version of this ship. I had done the all blue one as a BD gift for my husband. It was my first oil painting. My MIL liked it and asked for a ship painting, so I did the sepia version, which as subtle differences from the blue. Years later, she was moving into a smaller appartment, with less wall space, and gave the painting to one of my grandsons for his room, with my blessings.
