Patient's body badly damaged in combat with aliens. Replaced heart, lungs, trachea, left arm. Replaced right eye with enhancements to the left eye. Patient to attend physical therapy sessions for 4.5 years. Restrictions: none Return to combat: y Status: inactive/medical leave of absence.
