This is a car that was sitting at the curb while I was participating in an art show in Chicago. It was a 1957 Plymouth that was completely handpainted, both inside and out, including the motor compartment and wheel wells. I spoke to the owner who informed me that it was a continuous work in progress. Its major themes were predominately Black History. It had also led many of the parades on the South Side of the city.
