I'm sure you are familiar with doctor's sticks ..You know , those they use to check your inside throat with. There are kids that afraid of doctor's sticks...I was such a kid...and believe it or not...I'm still afraid of those sticks. Almost a mission impossible to check my throat, at least with this kind of stick. As a kid, my children doctor , Dr. Vilsmerdorpher (not sure I write her name correct :-) many years ago, simply checked my throat without that stick. Most of the doctors I met after her , were patiently with me. The last time I visited my doctor...The minute I saw he come closer to my mouth with an UNFAMILIAR tool :-)... connected to a some kind of thread :-)),I asked him what is it..wait .. :-)...He said to me, it's only a thermometer , to check your fever :-)...Well :-)..that's OK !! :-))..And Roni , my doctor is truly OK, Although I prefer not to visit him. Basic photo ,the bottom one taken , Jan,2,08. The purpose of these doctor's sticks will be posted soon. To be continued... Thanks for viewing and commenting. Let us ALL be healthy ALWAYS... Erev tov, Nira my dearest friend. I know you gave me holiday from comments, somehow I felt an impulse to be here. I read your story and smile, and I know you just a little ;) And myself too, I was afraid also once, but I'm better now . By the way your children's doctor used to live at the same street that my cousin, the artist, Rami Meiri used to live, remember ? How are you and the kids ? Hugs, Ronit :)stephanie atlee 06 Jan 2008

Upper image I see thorns sticking and convulsions (symbolizing the throat) which must reflect what you must feel when the tongue depressers (what we call them in the states).Alberto D'Assumpcao 04 Jan 2008
