The Essence of a painting is sometimes expressed in its mirror, making a fine point in relation to its counterpart but standing proudly alone as well. In this case, look also at Splash, vibrant, closely related, very different. 40x80cm, about 16x32"
Outstanding! I I am drawn to the movement of it, the fluidity of the lines and also the colors, it is very much in the NOW.
Artist Reply: Yes, spot on, it IS in the Now. It is a "print" (one canvas against another) of some of the wet colours of "Splash" before I did the finishing touch on that one. You can never plan the results of those prints - and you rarely get such a "nice" one - without any added touches at all. Thanks for your comment!
