P.S: Salt and Pepper

When you love someone...It is everyday, each minute and ALWAYS. Presents for your loved ones can be given at birthday, special holidays/event and everyday... The other day,(Oct,30,07) he came down to my studio ,taking out of a simple nylon these couple of saltshaker and pepper shaker handmade by himself , from Silver. He asked me : " what do you think..."...And I said they are so beautiful and I love them...So..he asked:" will you accept them as a present ? "...And I answered with HUGE SMILE...Of course... ... ..." Yes..it was my father , Aaron giving me these presents. It is his hobby ,doing it very rarely in the last years. At the bottom photo you can view my new Saltshaker and Pepper shaker near to his lighter also hand made by himself.and a small photo of my hand to show you the actual size.WITH ALL MY LOVE...Thank you darling father, you are a real treasure !! :-))...Thanks for taking the time to view and comment, much appreciated.Have yourself a splendid weekend!! ... Simply amazing, Nira. Your father gifts for you, and your beautiful writing for him, which show love, both ways. Very charming presentation post here. My sister has one of his Silver rings on her hand, wearing it 15 years everyday :) Love it, my dearest Nira.

Artist Reply: My darling Roniti...Thanks so much for visiting me here. Of course it is my pleasure to see your sister always wear my father's ring, and I know she care deeply about this ring because it was done by my father...and we are as family. Sending neshikot and HUGE HUG...Much love, nira :-)

The design and placement of the S and P handles are so beautifully clever. How fortunate you are to have a father who loves you so much and for him that you return it so sincerely. The lighter is also magnificent.

What and expression of fatherly love, I admire the silver smithing prefer silver over any of the precious metals , and onyx and ruby over diamond! Your photograph shows off his work, and yours. Both are exquisite.

Such exqusite workmanship especially the intricate diamond cuts on the bottom; the incorporation of the S and P as handles really stands out as works to be treasured not for what they are but who made them.
