Artist Reply: Hi Jerry, Tnx for your comments. I am brand new here so I have to find out some things here. This picture was token at the Dutch carnaval in Maastricht. Lots of people are dressing up for this event. Actually is it an Katholic party and its most common in the Southern states of Holland.
