Aries Lacrimosus II

Second take of Aries for the Zodiac series (first can be found in 'Dark' Gallery)I've gotten fine reviews of the original but this one is more in step with the previous entries. Please let me know what you think so I can decide what to use for the final product

Very powerful and dramatic work Carl. Far better than the other, more repesentational imagery and not so abstract.

Artist Reply: thanks, I think this is the superior as well (in terms of what I am trying to represent) The other I think I will leave posted at is is also representative, at least of my mind state when I created it, its almost an artistic journal entry... which hey, thats not a bad idea now that i think about it...

This is Aries in color, in composition and in the energy that Aries produces. I have had a Father and Two Brothers that were Aries. There lives were as this painting. Burning through it as if invincible. Excellent work and concept. Michael
