This is the "Dom Cathedral" in Mainz, Germany. I took this shot when I visited my grandparents in 1999. This shot looks wonderful in black and white as well. It's a beautiful cathedral, and it's very airy on the inside. I love foreign places, and cathedrals are one of my favorite sight-seeing spots. Tbe sounds of the bells are so calming as well, as they played every day and could clearly be heard from my grandparents' apartment.
