Egg and Eggplant

Three Chinese eggplant from my friend Enrico Gamalinda's garden. They were really tough to paint. I know they'll be much easier to cook and eat. I enjoyed being able to put the quail egg in the painting with them. Don't know why I didn't think of that combination sooner. "Egg and Eggplant", 7"x5", oil on gessoboard, framed. SOLD
