This image was inspired by Neil Gaiman's CORALINE....a very creep sinister little novel about a bored little girl who discovers a door in her home that unlocks mysteriously to reveal another " HOME " almost identical to her own...but occupied by " Other Mother and Other Father"....The Other mother is the person or THING that created the other world and is almost identical to Coralines real mother..except taller and thinner.. with long black hair that seems to move by itself, black button eyes, paper white skin,and too long twitchy fingers. She cannot create.... but only copy, twist and change things from the real world when creating her version of it. She collects children,whom she quickly becomes bored or frustrated with... after which she then imprisons them behind a magical mirror where she sucks the life from them.... as she intends to do so with Coraline...
